Ted and Audrey Haas found Merchants Building Maintenance with just five cleaners, operating out of a garage in Azusa, California.
1984
The second generation joins full time — Ted's children, David and Krista, having grown up working summers in the offices and on job sites.
1991
Merchants expands to offices across seven states, becoming one of the largest commercial cleaning companies in the region.
2013
The third generation of the Haas family joins the team, furthering our legacy as a family owned and operated business.
